"Love Soul’s mixed classes of cardio, strength & stretch, lots of high & low impact options for all abilities. The atmosphere is light and friendly and no class goes without a few giggles! Finding myself again after three children is daunting and setting the time aside for myself feels so good and such a confidence boost. Would highly recommend!"
