Our premium private contrast therapy room is fitted out with an infrared sauna, an ice bath and your own a bathroom. You have 45 minutes in the room and it is your choice how you spend the session, whether you start by heating up in the sauna or taking the plunge in the ice bath. The infrared sauna is heated to around 65 degrees Celsius and the ice bath is set around 7 degrees Celsius. We recommend to alternate between hot and cold therapy, showering before you get into the ice bath and finishing on cold. Relax in the sauna and listen to one of your favourite podcasts, a meditation, or simply unwind in silence. This private experience allows you to rejuvenate at your own pace, leaving you refreshed and restored.
