Our premium private contrast therapy room is fitted with an infrared sauna, ice bath, and your own bathroom for the ultimate wellness experience. You’ll have 45 minutes in the room to use however suits you best—Whether you choose to alternate between hot and cold or just soak up the heat or chill in the cold, it’s entirely up to you. Listen to your body and use the session in a way that supports your unique needs.

Through our induction videos, we encourage you to make this experience your own. Every body is different, and your session should align with your personal wellness goals—whether that’s recovery, detox, relaxation, or energy. Listen to your favourite podcast or meditation, or simply enjoy the stillness.

Fire & Ice is available exclusively as an add-on to our Soul Flex or Soul Fusion memberships, allowing the sauna to heat while you enjoy your Reformer session. It’s the perfect pairing of movement and recovery—designed with your well-being in mind
