SOUL REFORM - In person classes
On Tuesdays Anna & Tessa teach in person classes. In these classes we merge traditional and innovative exercises with music and laughs. We end each class with some deep stretches to release tension and stress to offer a unique, full-body workout focused on core strength, flexibility and having a good time. The class is suitable for all levels, held at the boutique Soul Movement studio with six reformers.
Tuesdays - 9.30am 10.30am 5.30pm 6.30pm
SOUL FLEX - On demand Video Classes
Soul Flex is a class that you can book a reformer for and do a complete body workout with Anna or Tessa from the studio's big screen T.V. These classes are on the hour every hour. We have a selection of video classes where the instructor is not teaching in person but will lead you through each exercise for a great work out via the big screen T.V. To do these classes you do need to complete the Soul Flex Induction video and complete the online induction forms prior.

Our Studio
The Soul Movement Studio is a boutique space which can accomodate up to 6 in a class at a time. We have 6 reformers. The studio’s tranquil atmosphere provides a peaceful escape for clients to focus on their workouts and achieve their fitness goals. Our Taupo Pilates classes are held at Soul Studio, part of a private residence, located 10 minutes out of Taupo town at 116 Link Road, Wairakei.

Casual classes - $35 / class
Private Booking - $80 / session
Concession cards - $30 a class
($300 for 10 classes).

Soul Flex - $19 Per Week
Soul Flex Membership allows unlimited OnDemand Video Classes, access to the cardio room and private studio
Soul Flex + Fire & Ice $25 Per Week
Soul Flex Membership plus unlimited Infrared Sauna and Ice bath sessions (Limited Spots)
Soul Reform - $25 Per Week
Soul Reform membership allows for one in person class per week with Anna or Tessa. (Tuesdays only)
Credits expire each week, however if you miss the in person Tuesday class you can do a makeup flex class at a time that week that suits you
Soul Fusion - $36 Per Week
Soul Fusion allows for one Soul Reform in person class a week and unlimited Soul Flex videos classes, access to cardio and private studio
Soul Fusion + Fire & Ice - $45 Per Week
Soul Fusion Membership plus unlimited Infrared Sauna and Ice bath sessions
